    I wanted the beef and broccoli but you could tell it had been sitting there all day. We got there an hour before the closing time. When we asked the lady if she could make more because it looked a little old she stirred it around to hide the congealed sauce on the bottom of the pan and said it’s fine! It’s not even brown yet! Referring to the broccoli. Needless to say I ordered green beans instead.

    I'm being generous by giving two stars. A few months ago I went to get my Panda fix and the young lady at the front was overwhelmed by a large order. Of course the woman changed her mind several times and I just left without ordering. No fault of the employee on the line but two people watched from the back and never stepped in. Tonight I decided to try it again. Green bean chicken with rice - nothing fancy or complicated but no plates, only bowls. The front line employee was less than pleasant. A few people walked in after me so it looked like business was picking up a bit. I said to the front line employee, "looks like you're getting busy", trying to be pleasant and make polite small talk. She stopped dead in her tracks and says, "sarcasm?" We told her no but she gave me a weird look. The chicken was fatty and the string beans were so woody I couldn't chew them. I will NOT be back.

    This location is awful. It's being run by a bunch of high schoolers who have obviously never been trained in customer service. The food is usually overcooked and the staff has no sense of urgency when preparing customers meals. Top Tips: #1. Dont go during peak times. It'll take forever to get your food and you'll have wasted almost your entire lunch break. #2. Go somewhere else.

    Everytime we have been to this panda Express the food is hard from sitting all day! The staff is nice but I dont want to pay for food that has been sitting all day!
